The Majestic Elegance Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort located along Bávaro Beach and is surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes of flora and fauna, creating an ideal atmosphere for couples and families alike.

You can choose arrival and departure dates that best fit your schedule, however arrivals before 1/15/2026 and departures after 1/19/2026 are subject to resort availability and rates. 

We strongly recommend that you avoid travel on January 17, 2026 (our wedding day!). Unexpected travel delays may result in you completely missing the wedding!

There are a limited number of rooms available in each category, so book early to ensure the room you want is available! Once our room block is sold out, we cannot add additional rooms.

The rates shown below are PER PERSON, PER NIGHT, including taxes. Each room occupant must be registered with the hotel.

Roundtrip Airport Transfers can be added to your package; you will have the option to select your transfers during the booking process.

Children Ages 0-2 stay at the hotel for free. Additional child rates, where available, are listed under the corresponding room category.

All rooms are furnished with European marble, complete bathroom, bathrobes and slippers, whirlpool for 2, independent walk-in shower, independent room service door, plasma TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, DVD player, telephone, minibar, coffee machine, desk, iron and ironing board, and terrace. Offers a pool or garden view.

Offers the same amenities as the Junior Suite and is located on the first floor offering direct access to the swimming pool, a small private garden, and an indoor whirlpool.

Rooms are located on the first floor offering direct access to the swimming pool and a small garden, indoor and outdoor whirlpool, bedroom, and living room separated by a sliding door.

Rollaway beds are available if the occupancy is more than 2.

Elegance Club rooms are exclusive for guests 18 years of age and older.

The Elegance Club section features a variety of upgraded amenities exclusive for guests 18 years of age and older staying in the Elegance Club room categories including 3 private swimming pools with Bali beds; private beach area with Bali beds; private and personalized check-in; complimentary late check-out (based on availability); 2 private oceanfront rooftop bars with hors d'oeuvres and drinks; 3 VIP lounges at the lobby with library, table games and complimentary Internet access; 24-hour room service; in-room bar with selection of 3 choices of liquor per stay; exclusive access to 'IL Botaccio' Restaurant for breakfast and lunch á la carte; bottle of champagne in room upon arrival; butler service during your stay; express bell boy service; surprise gift in room; pillow menu; bath kit; selection of DVDs; and more.

The Airport Code for Punta Cana is PUJ. Airfare will be available for purchase beginning in March 2025.

Due to the recently passed Consumer Protection Law, travelers are encouraged to book their own flights directly with the airline to receive immediate compensation in the event of a cancellation or significant delay. This also allows you to use credit card points, frequent flyer miles, and/or discount/different airlines to customize your flight to the Dominican Republic.

However, you do have the option to add agent-assisted flights to your existing room reservations for a nominal fee; please email Carla (carla@bvbtravel.com) for more information.

Flights are instant purchase and must be paid in full at time of booking.

We encourage you to use flight tracker tools such as Google Flights, Hopper, Skyscanner, etc to find the best rates on flights.

Travel Insurance protects you against the unexpected: cancellations, trip interruption, baggage delay, and more. The purchase of travel insurance is advised to protect your vacation investment.

Insurance purchased upon initial deposit contains "cancel for any reason" coverage. You will have until 7 days post-deposit to add insurance directly to your reservation starting at $141 per person (Travel Insurance premiums may vary, depending on the total cost of your trip). ALL room occupants must purchase insurance in order to add it to your reservation.

If you wish to add insurance 7 days post-deposit, you may do so via a third-party insurer (link below). "Cancel for any reason" coverage will only be available if purchased within 21 days of your initial deposit.

Travel Insurance is 100% non-refundable once purchased.

A valid Passport BOOK is required to travel to the Dominican Republic. As best practice, passports that are set to expire before July 2026 should be renewed prior to the trip (in order to comply with international travel regulations). Passport applications and renewals can now be completed online.

Passport delays will not give you a refund of your travel expenses and are not considered a covered cancellation reason in the eyes of travel insurers.

A minimum deposit of $100 per person is required to secure your room. Use the link below to submit your deposit.

If you are purchasing insurance with your reservation, add the cost of insurance ($141 per person) to your initial deposit.

Initial Deposits should be submitted by January 30, 2025 to lock in the listed prices. Please note that deposits submitted after January 15 or once the room block is full (whichever comes first) may be subject to variable rates and availability. 

Final Trip Payment is due no later than October 29, 2025. Payments received after this date will be assessed a late payment fee and will be subject to cancellation.

Our wedding guests are strongly encouraged to book their accommodations at Majestic Elegance through Carla (carla@bvbtravel.com). This is the only way to obtain our guaranteed room rates, attend the wedding events without paying a fee, and be recognized as part of our exclusive wedding group.

Anyone who books outside of our room block or stays at an outside property will have to purchase a day pass to attend events during our wedding weekend.

The $100 per person deposit is non-refundable unless insurance is purchased. If your reservation is cancelled and you have purchased insurance, your payments are refundable LESS the cost of the Travel Insurance.

Your room is 100% non-refundable after November 18, 2025 unless insurance is purchased. This applies to total room cancellation, as well as any adjustment to your travel dates that will reduce your length of stay at the hotel.

Reservations not paid in full by the deadline will be assessed a late payment fee of $75 and will be subject to cancellation. 

Without insurance, Airfare is non-refundable once purchased.

Travel Insurance is 100% non-refundable once purchased.
